With the ever-changing situation surrounding COVID19, we wish to provide you information regarding our Cancellation Policy as it relates to your current booking with Campabout Oz Camper Hire.
Our standard cancellation policy applies at all times which are outlined in the terms and conditions of hire and can be summarized as follows:
- If cancelled 90+ days prior to pick up; a full refund of any amounts paid less an administration fee of $90 will apply.
- If cancelled 89 to 61 days prior to pick up; 10% of the rental charges and a cancellation fee of $250 will apply.
- If cancelled 60 to 31 days prior to pick up; all deposit paid will be forfeited and a cancellation fee of $250 will apply.
- If cancelled within 30 days prior to pick up; full payment of the rental charges will apply.
During a period where extenuating circumstances exist, such as government- mandated travel restrictions; we have made the following exceptions to our cancellation policy:
Cancellation Fee Waiver
We will waive the normal cancellation fee whilst the Australian Government has an official travel restriction in place that prevents you from reaching your collection point on the first day/ date of rental.
If your booking with us is affected due to Covid 19 travel restrictions and prevents you from collecting your vehicle or camper across all our Depots; we will provide you a credit note which can be use for future travel. Credits will be valid for 12 months.
Re-booking for travel within the next 12 months will ensure that preferred dates and direction of travel are secured for the client. All bookings are subject to availability.
No cost changes
We do not charge fees should a booking need to be changed slightly after air travel is booked.
Our standard cancellation policy will apply until a Government mandated travel restriction/s are announced.
